We are currently in the process of recruiting a Fluent Communicator in Arabic / English for a company client located in Lisbon.

Job Description:
- To proceed with the scheduling in Outbound and Inbound telephone collection of equipment in the hands of distributors receptors;
- Provide information regarding conditions of use and handling of equipment;
- To update the records of distributors;
- Perform seasonal Outbound contacts;
- Ensure complementary activities in BackOffice;
- IVR Service;
- Voice Mail Service;

Requirements:
- Native candidates of the Middle East Countries;
- Second Language required: English;
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing;
- Capacity analysis;

Conditions:
- Temporary contract;
- Working Hours: between 7am and 8pm (undefined), in a total of 40H / per week;
- Training Schedule: undefined;
- Clearances: weekends.
