IT Consultant (M/F)

Talenter, recruits a IT Consultant for a multinational company in Lisbon.
Tasks
- Responsible for monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks and end user support on various IT activities;
- Installations and configurations of computer systems;
- Diagnose hardware/software faults;
- Solve technical problems (phone, e-mail or face-to-face);

Requirements
-Basic knowledge hardware and network operating systems related to: Windows server, Windows XP and Vista operating systems, Active Directory, SQL Server, SMS, strong IP networking skills and basic Linux knowledge;
- In-depth understanding of computer & server hardware, Network Storage, Telecom (including VoIP);
- Experience working with Helpdesk ticketing and other support systems such as WebEx, SAP, McAfee and others;
- Worked as part of an IT team for at least four years of their career;
- Good organizational skills and analytical skills are essential as well as strong interpersonal skills;
- Very good level of written and spoken English will be required;
- Mobility.
