- Siebel 8 experience (Minimum of 3 years experience with Siebel application design and prototyping);

- Strong Siebel Technical Architecture Sizing & Design;

- Strong Siebel Architecture, Configruation, Performance Testing & Tuning;

- Telecom experience is a bonus;
